I would like to advise you of the changes to the Law Offices of Sidney L. Alegre, PLC. Though work was completed on your file some time ago and we have disengaged in representation, I do wish to inform you of changes to my practice.

I have accepted a position at the Kroloff law firm in Stockton.  I will continue to practice law in the areas of estate planning and administration at the Kroloff firm, but the Law Offices of Sidney L. Alegre will not be accepting any new business and will be closing.

You have many choices in representation, and you may choose another attorney in Tracy or perhaps an attorney located closer to you. If you do wish to work with me in the future, you would contact me at the Kroloff law firm at the number indicated below. The Kroloff firm is large and able to handle many different types of legal matters and has multiple attorneys in the estate planning and administration areas.

Please realize that you have all your original documents. My office does not retain original documents, though I may have retained photocopies of your estate planning documents.  These photocopy files are currently stored but will eventually be destroyed. Remember – you have all of your original documents.

I have enjoyed working with you over the years and appreciate the fact that you entrusted me with your estate planning matters.
